Dr. Kelly B. Wettstein, DMD

Originally from Oregon, Dr. Wettstein graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelors of Science Degree. He then went on to study at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. While at dental school Dr. Wettstein received an honor from the American Equilibration Society for Outstanding Performance in the Science of Occlusion and Temporomandibular Joint Function. An avid believer in the importance of continuing education, Dr. Wettstein has since been certified as a provider of Invisalign technology, the brace-free teeth straightening process. He is also a certified provider of implant dentistry. A member of the National Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, and Arizona Dental Association, Dr. Wettstein knows the power of knowledge gained from peer education.

Sonja - Office Manager

Sonja Dekker joined our team with 17 years of experience in the dental field. Since Sonja’s arrival, she has implemented an array of wonderful programs to help better serve our patients! Her positive attitude and pleasant demeanor make her truly a joy to be around! A Colorado native and faithful Broncos fan, she has put roots down in Arizona with her husband of 7 years, Derek, and their 3 crazy dogs which she has so lovingly rescued. She enjoys decorating her home and relaxing by the pool.  Additionally, she always makes time for running; she and her husband are avid runners who have participated in several marathons, and she hopes to start training for triathlons!


Renee - Treatment Coordinator

Renee has been working in the dental field for 23 years, starting as a dental assistant. She has honed and finetuned her skills in every respect and is a dedicated and detailed treatment coordinator! Her role at Impressions Dental truly lets her compassion for others shine! Renee “loves her job”, and treasures her time with family. Renee always finds time to be with her husband of 26 years, and loves the company of her three grandchildren. A Northern California native, Renee loves the great outdoors. In her free time, she often heads up north to Payson where she is known as the "pie lady" because of the spectacular pies she bakes for her neighbors and friends! You will truly enjoy getting to know Renee as every patient visits with her on their first visit to our office!


Shalyn - Front Office Assistant
Shalyn grew up in Washington St then moved to Arizona with her family. She has always enjoyed working and interacting with people. Her greatest joy is to help patients with dental anxieties have a fantastic experience. Shalyn is currently going to school in hopes of becoming a dental hygienist. She has been married for 2 years and enjoys running with her husband, reading, going on road trips and playing with her puppy.

Lisa - Dental Hygienist

Lisa was a dental assistant for 6 years before moving to Arizona and attending hygiene school at Phoenix College where she graduated with Honors. Lisa is a gentle and compassionate hygienist, and her passion for educating and sharing her dental knowledge with her patients is above and beyond what people expect. She truly cares about each patient! Lisa was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is happily married to her husband, Jaime, and they have three boys, which also makes her a very busy mom! She loves to dance, but life right now is all about her children. Her family is involved at church, they love to camp, and the boys are very active in football & baseball. She loves the beach and her favorite place to relax is Tahiti!


Betsie - Dental Hygienist

Betsie attended Ferris State University and graduated in 1999 with a degree in Allied Health Science and a degree in Dental Hygiene. She has a cheerful and warm personality that not only make her an asset to our team but also help our patients feel comfortable as she educates them on their oral hygiene. She and her husband, Ron, relocated from Michigan to our beautiful sunshine state of Arizona 3 years ago. When Betsie is not at work, she stays busy with her mastiff, Abracadabra, and English bulldog, Hocus Pocus. Betsie also enjoys scrap booking, collecting watches, traveling and decorating her home!


Rayln - Dental Assistant

Rayln has had a lifelong interest in the dental field. She graduated from Pima Medical Institute and has been dental assisting for almost three years. She is easy to spot around the office with her beautiful dimpled smile and her sweet laugh! She was born and raised in Arizona, and is married to her husband Danny, who is a third generation fire fighter. Together they have a beautiful daughter and are expecting their second little girl in September. Rayln enjoys working out, watching movies, and spending time in Heber. A former Arizona Cardinals Cheerleader, Rayln has a lot to teach her daughters and enjoys time dressing up and dancing with them!


Shiloh – Dental Assistant

Shiloh was born and raised in sunny Arizona. She loves the outdoors, rock climbing, good Mexican food and spending time with friends and her cat Dublin. Someday she would love to visit Ireland and Fiji. She has been a dental assistant for 5 years and enjoys building relationships with the patients. Shiloh has brought a great level of professionalism and dedication to our patients.


Ashlee - Sterilization Tech

Ashlee brings such joy to our office with her beautiful smile! She is currently attending Chandler-Gilbert Community College in hopes of pursuing a dental hygiene career so she can help people achieve healthy and beautiful smiles. Ashlee grew up in California but has lived with her family in Gilbert for the last four years. In her spare time, she enjoys going out for dinner, watching movies and playing board games and card games. She also enjoys relaxing in the sun, and her favorite place to vacation is Cancun!

Spacious and comfortable lobby... this includes our special Kids Kove, with DVDs for the kids as well as toys, books, and interactive wall hangings.

We also have an aquarium stocked full of interesting salt water fish (including Nemo!) and a mini-fridge with bottled water for kids and adults.

Each treatment room is equipped with DVD/TV capabilities and the most comfortable dental chair you’ve likely ever experienced! 

We also have a private consultation room to discuss treatment options or payment terms in complete privacy.
